7:44 p.m. - West wins the tip and just like that Kobe Bryant hits the game's first bucket.
Upon further review, I was never sure that the shorts and jerseys would actually be different colors. Interesting. - Ben

7:40 p.m. - One thing that stands out the most about Amway Center is the giant jumbotron over the court. We call it a lighthouse in San Antonio, but this thing is huge and awesome. - Ben

7:20 p.m. - Tony Parker just introduced to the crowd. Nice recpetion from the fans.

7:05 p.m. - The West have come out and the entire team are wearing their Back to the Future-esque warmup jackets.

7 p.m. - We're live inside the Amway Center and about 10 minutes from introductions! All the movers and shakers in the basketball world have gather for the 61st NBA All-Star Game!
The East team has just come out for warmups and instead of using a regulation sized basketball they're having fun with a mini ball.

Tony Parker was the only one of six participants to break 30 seconds in the first round (29.2) and his time of 32.8 in the final run on the obstacle course was better than Boston's Rajon Rondo (34.6) and New Jersey's Deron Williams (41.4).
